Ushers & Collectors Ministry

Ushers and collectors play a vital role in creating a welcoming and organized environment during weekend Masses. Arriving about 20 minutes early, ushers greet parishioners, assist those who may need help or information, and help foster a warm and inclusive atmosphere.

During Mass, ushers coordinate the collection of offerings—ensuring that four individuals are available to assist, typically after the Prayers of the Faithful. They then responsibly secure the donations following the collection.

This ministry is open to everyone—no experience necessary. It’s a great way to get involved in parish life and is ideal for high school students looking to complete community service hours. Training is simple and takes just 20 minutes.

At least two ushers are scheduled for each weekend Mass, with a flexible schedule designed to fit your availability.
